Upon the customer’s request, industrial doors can be supplied with built-in wicket door or side door. The wicket door provides an additional entry into the building. This lets to extend the time of operation for the sectional doors.

Built-in Wicket Door

The design of the built-in wicket door includes reinforced aluminum profiles for the wicket and opening, which significantly increase the reliability and strength of the entire construction. The wicket is equipped with a door closer that automatically closes the wicket if it is open.

All sectional doors with a wicket are fitted with built-in position sensors regardless of power drive availability. They cut off the power drive in case the wichet is open.

Alutech offers two types of built-in wickets:

• With a standard threshold (168 mm). This type of wicket can be installed in industrial doors up to 7 m wide;
• With a low threshold (90 mm) can be used as an emergency exit in case of fire (meets fire safety requirements). However, it can only be installed in industrial doors with dimensions up to 4,500 x 4,500 mm.

Side Door

Both a side door and a sectional one are finished in the same style, harmoniously fit a building and perfectly complement each other. The side door has the same surface and color as sectional doors.

Various glazing options can be used for natural lightening and energy saving.

An anti-jacking system additionally secures from a break-in. In case of an illegal jacking attempt the protection device reliably blocks the door leaf and prevents from a break-in.

Industrial doors with manual control can be equipped with a locking bar to loch the doors from inside and outside. The lock provides reliable door locking, can be easily installed and has a good look.

To provide natural aeration of the premises, the door can be equipped with air grids. The grids can also be installed in doors that have some specific fire safety requirements afety.
