Many high-speed doors are designed according to an individual order. Depending on the purpose, operation location and production peculiarities, they can be equipped with various control systems and reach the opening speed up to 3 m/s. Prevention of accidental reel-out of the door leaf is ensured due to the use of long-wearing tension springs installed in the track profiling system of the doors. In compliance with safety regulations in case of power cutoff there is an emergency manual raise system. Kitting of non-expensive doors can be limited to the most necessary. The final panel of the door is equipped with a sensitive safety edge. Besides, all doors are equipped with movable and/or stationary photocells.
Most of the doors are fitted with a patented movable photocell running at the distance of 100 mm from the final panel, thus preventing the leaf from running into an obstacle occurring in the door opening. Moreover a stationary photocell is integrated into the track profiling system of all doors. Both systems operate in the receiver/transmitter mode. The patented Break-away system provides double protection: personnel safety and elimination/reduction of door damage in case of an accidental run over.
Albany doors are used all over the world. Alutech maintenance services are located in most of CIS regions, which first of all means proximity to clients and quick qualitative service.
