Profiles and components for rolling grills of the AEG84 series
Alutech Group of companies manufactures and supplies a wide range of profiles, components and motors for rolling grills : grillwork reinforcer, retainer and end profiles, guide rails, shutter boxes and end caps, roller carriages, consoles ,etc.
AEG84 series rolling grills are recommended to be installed in large openings. Maximum size of a rolling grill: width: 5.5 m; surface area: 16,5 sq. m; with a reinforcer profile: width: 7.0 m; surface area: 21 sq. m;

Assembly options
AEG84 series rolling grills can be installed with a shutter box or without it on consoles.
Main advantage of the rolling grills on consoles or with end caps with roller carriages is a smooth and safe movement over guide rails and reduction of bending loads on the suspender components, which significantly increases durability of thegrill. Assembly without shutter box is suitable only for indoor installation.

Profiles for rolling grills
Wide range of profiles for rolling grills ( grillwork, reinforcer single-and double-walled) provide various combinations of profiles taking into account customer's preferences and opening size.
Combination of AEG84 grill profiles with AEG45/S double-walled reinforcer profiles ensures increased strength and additional stability of the grill curtain , thus enabling installation of the grill in a wideropening.
AEG45/S reinforcer profile is designed to connect the curtain with the roll tube and provides protection against unauthorized grill raising in the closed mode.
AER84 singlewall profile prevents litter from getting behind the grill when installed in the lower part of the curtain and increases the structure rigidity in general.

Guide rails
La coulisse GR70x34E(IE) est une solution moins couteux pour les portes enroulables. Sa rentabilité est assurée en diminuant l'ouverture de rail destinée pour l'entrée du tablier de la porte enroulable de 20 mm environ part rapport au rail GR90x35. La coulisse GR90х34E(BE) a un logement supplémentaire pour l'insertion à la brosse.
Shutter box
For AEG84 series rolling grills Alutech offers 45-degree roll-formed shutter boxes from 250 to 405 mm.
End caps , roller carriages, console
Roller carriages are designed to be installed into end caps SF250а and SF300а, and SF250a-R and SF300a-R to ensure smooth entry of the rolling grill curtain intothe guide rails. Maximum permissible weight of the curtain is 120 kg.
Steel end caps SF360/S are used for installation of rolling grills together with shutter box SB45/360. BRC console is used for a box-free type of rolling grill installation. Main design feature of these products is usage of universal roller carriages for roll tube installation. The roller carriage installed on four bearings ensures smooth and safe movement over guide rails and makes it possible to reduce bending loads on the suspender components, which significantly increases durability of rolling grills . Maximum permissible weight of the curtain is 200 kg.
Octagonal roll tubes
Octagonal roll tubes are made of high quality galvanized steel. 70 mm and 102 mm roll tubes have got perforated openings for retainer springs.
