Anti-mosquito Roller-shutter systems

Anti-mosquito Roller-shutter systems (ARS) is the best possible means of protecting rooms against insects, dust, litter particles without need for complex devices and additional effort. Also the systems can be used as an obstacle for domestic animals trying to leave the premises.

Principle of operation

Anti-mosquito roller-shutter system is the design installed on the window frame where the net, due to the spring-inertial mechanism can curtain the window or roll back onto the shaft installed within the box if the system is not used. The net moves up and down over a guide rail, and is fixed to the end shape in the bottom (closed) position with an automatic latch mechanism.

Design features

• Aluminum shutter box protects the net mechanism against rain.
• Resistance to corrosion, atmospheric exposure (high temperature, direct sun rays, precipitations and etc.) due to use of coated extruded aluminum profiles.
• Absence of gaps between the anti-mosquito frame and window aperture due to a special brushinsert installed into the groove of the box and end profile. The brush insert in the guide rail prevents dirt from entering into the system and ensures smooth running of the net with the end plate in the guide rails.
• High quality of fiberglass anti-mosquito net (glass fiber yarn with 1 x 1 mm mesh size). The net is resistant to rainfalls, fire resistant due to fiberglass reinforcement, has high bending and tear strength properties, its color does not alter and shed with time. The fiber glass is not only a first class protection against insects, but also entraps lint, dust, and flower specs.
• Easy maintenance – it is sufficient to wipe the net with a wet cloth without adding any detergents or chemicals.

The profile and component parts system is provided in two colors: white (RAL9016) and brown (RAL8014), thus allowing the system to match the façade of any building.

Installation will not cause much trouble: the system is fixed in the window aperture or from outside with 4 self-tapping screws. Various standard sizes of the produced nets make it possible to install them in any premises.
