Marantec control methods

Quality control procedure from manufacturing to selling

All procedures of quality control starting from the material supply monitoring, goods manufacturing and ending with order processing are subject to verifications according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.

Thus all non-standard custom made goods manufactured for Marantec are subject to access control. Only after such control they are allowed for further production process.

Marantec products are manufactured by highly qualified and technically prepared employees with the high-tech equipment. Ready-made products and their components pass through complex mechanical and electronic tests.

Ready-made products are registered using special production control software and are fitted with a clear bar-code that is subsequently linked with the sales order. Thus, a 100% identification of every product is guaranteed, which enables service centers to provide clients with the most immediate assistance.

Own internal testing and control station and laboratory

Marantec has at its disposal its own testing and control station and laboratories that at any time are suitable for carrying out tests according to TUV requirements. In cooperation with TUV-Nord certified institute the company prepares test reports and organizes the СЕ marking.
