The Alutech Group offers to supply the ALT120 series of standard profiles for general construction purpose (profile system). The series has been specially developed to meet the needs of civil engineering organizations and industrial enterprises in subsidiary profiles and includes over 25 standard sizes of simple profiles products: equal and unequal angles, strip, electrotechnical bar, plain bar, pipes of various modifications, U-section.

ALT120 series profiles are commonly used in civil engineering as special mounting parts during facing works of edges, installation of transparent constructions, in the profile systems for facades, in the production of windows and doors. Very often they are used as component parts for trade and exhibition equipment (stained glass windows, counters, exhibit booths), for the production of promotional structures, furniture, partition walls, refrigerating machinery, lifts.

ALT120 series profiles are made of EN AW-6060, EN AW-6063, AD31, AD0 alloys. Primary grade A7 aluminum is used. Own production provides a more flexible approach to customers’ requests, taking into account their specific requirements to the design of every article and ensuring fulfillment of any order, even the most non-typical, within the shortest time possible.

For enterprises producing electric equipment the company offers electrotechnical bar made of AD31 and AD0 alloys. The aluminum electrotechnical bar according to GOST 15176-89, is used as current conducting element in electric circuits, electrical units (transformers, electric cabinets and switchboards), also for grounding.

Upon the customer’s request the profiles can be painted with any RAL colors, anodized and mechanical surface processing prior to anodizing.

Quality of pressed profiles meets the requirements of GOST 22233-201, EN 755-1, EN 755-2, and EN 12020 standards.
