ALUTECH Group of Companies informs about changes in technology of production of sandwich panels in wood finish . From now painted steel coil will be used for panels in «Golden oak» «Dark oak» and «Cherry» manufacturing.

Front side of a panel is enameled with polyurethane coating modified by polyamide particles (PUR-PA), that is:

• highly resistant to scratches and cuts caused by mechanical actions;
• well tolerated to temperature and humidity fluctuations;
• has high hardness and elasticity features;
• resistant to detergents and chemicals.

Testing at the independent laboratory of Civil Engineering Research Institute (Minsk) confirmed high anticorrosion features of ALUTECH sandwich panels. The elements of the door leaf sustained the influence of «salt fog» for 750 hours, which corresponds to approximately 15-20 years of doors usage at coastal areas with moderate salinity.

Painted steel coil conforms to the requirements of International standards (DIN, ISO, ECCA).

Color shades of sandwich panels made of steel coil are completely the same as the colors of existing laminated ones.
