We are pleased to inform you about modernization of ALUTECH sandwich panels. From now on the inner steel sheet of the sandwich panel the «woodgrain» texture is used to improve the performance and aesthetic properties of ALUTECH sectional door.

ALUTECH sandwich panels are accented with an embossed woodgrain to hide minor scratches and dents that may appear on during operation and to give the door a more elegant look.

Moreover, ALUTECH sandwich panel has a variety of other conclusive advantages:

• Sandwich panel with thickness of 45mm provides high strength characteristics of the door.
• Sandwich panel design ensures protection against finger jamming, which conforms to the requirements of European safety standards (EN 12604).
• Both outer and inner steel sheets of the sandwich panel are interconnected in the top and bottom of panel. This considerably increases resistance to wind and impact loads, and eliminates separation of the panel when heated in the sun. 
• The panels are equipped with polymer EPDM-seal that preserves their high mechanical strength and elasticity at low temperatures. This seal excludes the appearance of gaps between the panels, providing a high heat and sound insulation of a door.
• The panels configuration ensures their self-centering. It guarantees close connection of the panels to each other, increases their tightness and thermal insulation. It significantly facilitates the installation and eliminates errors while the assembling of door leaf.
• The zinc coating 16 micron thick, as well as two-layer polymer coating 25 – 35 micron thick reliably protects the sandwich panels surface against mechanical damage and from rain and snow.
