Alutech Group of companies has advanced the technical characteristics of the shutter boxes and is glad to announce about the launch of deliveries of the roller shutter boxes with modified locking part.

The locking part (the place where the shutter box parts are locked) is modernized in roll-formed shutter boxes series SB45, SB20 and new shutter boxes SB-R (round), SB-QR (quarter-round).

New design of the lock has got many advantages in comparison with the previous one (you can see the difference in Pic. 1-2):

1. Better assemble and operation. Due to the new design of the lock, the front part of the shutter box is kept even unfixed (does not fall).

Thus, assemble and dissemble of the shutter box can be done with minimum labour force (only one fitter is required).

2. New design of the locking part insures minimum gap between the parts of the shutter box and improves the overall image of the whole door.

IMPORTANT: we would like to draw your attention that the parts of shutter boxes with different locking designs (see, the picture) are assembled well, i.e. while repairing or using different parts of the shutter box it is possible to use shutter boxes with the old and new locking design.

In order to differ visually the shutter boxes with new design of the locking part, they are marked with letter “M” means modified (see, Pic. 3).

The codes of the catalogue and prices have remained the same. Deliveries of the boxes with new locking design have started on week 43.
