ALUTECH Group of Companies informs about new products launch in the market – roll-formed profile AR/55m and guide rail GR65x24IE(BE).

Roller shutter roll-formed profile AR/55m

New roll-formed profile AR/55m is launched by ALUTECH instead of the profile AR/55eco and is its modified analogue.

The idea of AR/55eco modifying is to exclude buckle strips on the inner radius of the lath as well as to change the geometric sizes of the lath (Pic.1, 2).

This modification is designed to improve technical and aesthetic characteristics of the profile:

1. winding parameters of AR/55m are in average by 13% better than the parameters of the changed profile AR/55eco;
2. max. curtain width of new profile AR/55m for some wind areas in accordance with EN13659 standard exceed the values of AR/55eco by 25- 45 mm;
3. in addition to better characteristics of wind resistance and winding parameters, lack of buckle strips on the inner radius of the profile guarantees a more attractive exterior view of the curtain as a part of ready-made structure.

The new profile color range is the same as for AR/55eco.

Guide rail GR/65x24IE(BE)

Guide rail GR65x24IE(BE) was specially designed to suit new profile AR/55m.

The new guide rail will be supplied:

• with installed and pressed-in PVC-inserts (article – GR65x24IE);
• with installed and pressed-in brush inserts (article – GR65x24BE);
• trimmed (i.e. without technological holes on the edges).
